Beginners course -session two.

This 35 min video session covers: Managing stress and building resilience. Engaging fully in life. Dealing with difficult emotions. Mindful listening exercise. It is a great idea to practise the body scan exercise as part of this session as it will help you get out of your head in times of stress as discussed.  

Beginners course-session three.

This 25min session covers: Happiness. Communication. Empathy and compassion. Mindfulness exercise. Integration and change. Please finish this session with the body scan exercise.  

Mindless to mindful

Mindfulness body scan exercise

The body scan exercise helps us train our attention and awareness. We integrate our mind and body as well as practising non judgement and acceptance. It is recommended that you practice the body scan exercise before or after session two and three. It can also be used for ongoing mindfulness practice.
