MMM stands for Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement and will be an amazing opportunity to relax, revitalise and connect with others whilst learning a powerful new life skill.

This day retreat is about leaving you feeling good from the inside out. ​As well as learning the Ovio Mindfulness One Programme we will delve into some gentle intentional movement classes, meditation practices and enjoy afternoon tea and discussion about how to take these practices off the mat and into our daily lives.

Evidence shows Mindfulness to enhance relationships, performance and well being and you will walk away from this workshop with tools to start to apply mindfulness and see the changes in your life straight away.

You will learn how to use simple but powerful mindfulness exercises to manage stress and emotional reactivity, connect skillfully with yourself others and the community and tap into your creativity. Mindfulness has also been shown to help with a number of health concerns, to repair sleep and enhance energy levels.
