Who should attend?

Will I just be sitting and meditating?
Not at all however, you will be taught a few simple mindfulness exercises that involve breathing and focusing and your mind.
All the exercises will be done in chairs and take about 5mins each.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring a pen you will be given a workbook and a journal.
