Suzanne’s passion for mindfulness emerged during her quest to better manage an autoimmune disease that presented in her early thirties. What she learnt and achieved as she explored a large variety of modalities and approaches lead her to retrain for 4 years in Integrated Health. Eight years ago she co-founded Remedy to help people who are struggling mentally and physically to find new possibilities for achieving Health, Healing and Happiness.
This was a step change from her earlier career as a marketeer, which included several years in a Unilever European brand management role. Her time living in the UK, and later France and Switzerland enabled her to experience leaders in this work and broaden her perspective and skills.
“The practice of mindfulness is an effective and easily accessible way to achieve a healthy mind and body balance. I am excited to be sharing this work through Ovio workshops. “
Suzanne is a qualified mindfulness consultant. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and an Integrated Health Diploma. She lives in Takapuna with her husband David and their Shetland Sheepdog Molly. Their two children are now at University in Wellington.
