Listening to mindfulness meditations on your phone or device can be a convenient way to practise with Mindfulness. To ensure you are practising mindfulness and not a different type of meditation we have many available for you to listen to.

What better way to practice mindfulness than to savour a piece of chocolate in a full-sensory exercise? You will experience the sensuousness of mindful eating during this slow and pleasurable nibbling.

In this meditation we use chocolate to anchor our thoughts on our present moment experience. Notice how much more you taste and enjoy the chocolate when you engage all of your senses while eating. Our senses help us to become present. Try this with other food a raisin works well. I like to make sure I mindfully eat as often as I can. As you can imagine this is a popular way to practise mindfulness!
