Who should attend?
This beginner course is designed for anyone wanting to find relaxation and rejuvenation, to learn more about Mindfulness and enjoy its many benefits and enjoy some mindful moveent.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring a pen and something to write on/in you will be given a beautiful Ovio Mindfulness journal.
What should I wear?
Clothing you can move comfortably in, good walking shoes, a rain coat in case of wet weather on the walk and a big bottle of water (the studio is in the bush so there will not be a tap for refilling).
Will food be provided?
Yes! Lunch will be provided by the amazing Pomegranate Kitchen. And snacks will be available throughout the day.

Emily from Be More You (bemoreyou.co.nz) is a recovering perfectionist/corporate lawyer who initially found mindfulness as way to combat workplace stress and life direction indecision.
Having witnessed the incredible benefits of mindfulness in her own life she made the move out of corporate law and is now passionate about sharing the magic of mindfulness with people like you through her group courses and coaching programs.
In her spare time Emily loves teaching and practising yoga, learning all she can about physical and mental health and wellness and walking her dog Hugo in the Eastbourne bush.
