Kathryn GraceBA Psychology; Life Coach; Diploma in Career Guidance; Ovio accredited Mindfulness Facilitator;

Kathryn came to the world of meditation and mindfulness while struggling to conceive for many years. What she learnt helped her find peace and acceptance. Meditation and mindfulness are now a hugely positive and essential part of her life.

Kathryn’s experience with infertility was like most others – an emotional rollercoaster. Looking back on her experience, she realises that she had no idea how to cope with the multitude of emotions and the isolation she felt. She underestimated the impact infertility had on her life. Mindfulness is a great tool to deal with the experience and emotions of infertility.

Kathryn’s own experience inspired her to established Fertility Potentials and to become a Fertility Support Coach. As a Coach, she works with women struggling to conceive. It is so important that women feel heard and understood on this journey. “My vision is for everyone to feel whole, complete, and 100% OK, no matter where on their fertility journey they are”.

Kathryn has a genuine caring, supportive, and professional approach. She understands the fertility journey and has a great ability to relate to other women’s experience.

Kathryn is an Ovio accredited Mindfulness Facilitator, qualified Life and Career Coach, with a Batchelor’s Degree in Psychology. She lives with her hubby and their cats Emily and Angus in Brooklyn. She is a daily meditator who loves travel, yoga, being in nature, and all things personal development.
