Join us for a 3 week Beginners Introduction to Mindfulness Course.
Learn Mindfulness in a way that is practical, evidence based and grounded in everyday examples with Ovio Mindfulness.
Throughout these 3 sessions you will learn a new skill that enables you to improve your emotional reactivity, stress levels and anxiety. As well as helping you with your relationships, energy levels, aiding sleep and your overall well-being.
Evidence has shown that the practise of Mindfulness has the potential to reshape the structure of our brain allowing us to cope better in this modern day society.
Take an hour out of your day to join up with like minded individuals and learn Mindfulness in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Facilitated by Nicola Rochelle an Accredited Mindfulness Facilitator.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
As a certified coach I work as both a Mindfulness Facilitator and Anxiety Coach. Working on a one to one basis to help overcome present issues as well as group facilitation of Mindfulness to help people learn in a way that is jargon free and relatable to our everyday lives.
