Jane is a qualified mindfulness consultant specialising in using mindfulness to help assist kids and parents involved in high performance, competitive sports.

Jane is a mother of 4 teenagers, a registered nurse, keen runner/ tramper, with a strong interest in nutrition and holistic health.

After completing courses in mindfulness, and maintaining her own personal practise. Jane enjoys the experiencing the benefits of reduced stress, improved well-being and enhanced relationships in her own life and in the lives of those she teaches.
